Buddy chat is a chat system related to guilds and parties. But, instead of having one big group of people, like guilds, buddy chat allows you to add only people that you want to add. If, for example, Player A invites Player C, but not Player B, Player A can only see Player C's chat, even if Player B has added Player C, and vice versa.

Minerealm's survival server is the first of the three [http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Smp#Survival_Multiplayer_.28SMP.29 SMP] servers which Minerealm obtained.
This is a legit SMP server, which hosts a mod which allows players to create "[[Realms|realms]]", which are the cities of Minerealm. This server can hold up to 150 players at a time.

MineRealm 1.0 was the first Survival server, after health and mobs could be enabled on SMP. Prior to this, minerealm hosted a creative server. 
1.0 was a completely vanilla system with no realm plugin/system in place. However, it was ran on a hey0's server which allowed Intelli to set Mods and Admins. The spawn point was moved several times during this era and the map changed once.

Clow is a city state currently under construction. It is currently open to members who wish to join. Clow is connected to the rest of MineRealm via a subway system and road overworld, and is connected via a road in the nether. We at the city of Clow hope to eventually become a spawn point, encouraging players to develop land in our area of the map.

==History==
After traveling around MineRealm, [[Cloudtheclow|Cloudtheclow]] became inspired to create a city of his own. He broke ground on Clow October 7th, 2011 with the aspiration that it would become a grand city and could one day become a spawn point. Cloudtheclow was eventually joined by his friend [[Shaddowdemon|Shaddowdemon]] who assisted with construction and resource collection.

==Size==
Currently Clow sits on 68 plots of land and is ranked 6th among all realms (3/27/2012). We are still undergoing expansion.

==Geography==
Clow was initially constructed on top of a desert situated between a forest and large body of water. The desert has been slowly terraformed to be grassy plains. The current biome of Clow is not known, but it is certainly not dessert, as it rains in Clow. Clow has a desert next to it still, along with swampland and forests.

==Economy==
Currently all of Clow's income comes from placing and breaking blocks. When it is complete Clow will be home to three shops, two banks, a cafe, and several dozen houses which will be available for lease. All credits are being used towards purchasing land. Materials for construction are usually mined, not purchased.

A large slime farm is planned to allow easy access to slimeballs for all members. It is currently under construction, and will more than likely be automated.

==Agriculture==
Clow currently has a very large agricultural center under construction. The first level is nearing completion and can provide more than enough grain for all of the members. The harvesting system is automated and is lane based. Each lane provides roughly 1.5 stacks of wheat. At the minimum, a second level will be built. Melons and sugar cane are also grown. Large areas were allocated to herding, but under the current server rules, the herding areas are somewhat useless. Sheep appear to despawn when more than 6 are in the same chunk.

All members are allowed to harvest wheat provided they replant the lane they harvest. Contact [[Shaddowdemon]] for permissions to the realms, so that you may replant the wheat.

After a while, they founded Crystal Village. Members like ZachHunt, Biocheeze and Repete8 were soon recruited. Crystal Village grew as it acquired allies, like ShockVille and BeachTown. Eventually, [[LeafWarrior254]] deicided to change the realm name in order to begin recruiting and expanding. Allies soon came like [[Pieville]] and others.

The Crystal Nation is a 33 realm empire (01/27/12) founded by [[Physaux]] and [[LeafWarrior254]]. Currently led by [[LeafWarrior254]] and [[Repete8]].

The Crystal Nation was founded off the original [[Crystal Village]] by [[Physaux]] and [[LeafWarrior254]]. The original realm was called Physaux Industries. After many unofficial namings, the leaders decided on Crystal Village. Crystal Village grew as new residents like [[Repete8]], [[Biocheeze]] and [[ZachHunt]] came. Eventually, leader [[LeafWarrior254]] decided it was time for a change, so he, [[Repete8]], [[Bezzay]] and [[Physaux]] founded The Crystal Nation. =Income=
Currently, [[LeafWarrior254]], runs huge mine in a realm called 'The Mt. Warrior Watercano'. He and [[Repete8]] also have a nether mine in a secret location. About 80% of the Crystal Nation's income comes from mining and building. However, they also sell many items, like enchanted tools, dirt and cobblestone, food and minerals.

We are currently connected to the Spawn-North line. Going to the East, you will reach Sky City. To the West, you arrive at Spawn City.

The Crystal Nation recently lost one of it's most devoted members, Physaux. Crystal Beach is located at x500 z-1500 (Crystal Village) and x525 z-625 (BeachTown Fishing Resort). The two cities are connected by a path that runs over 800m (Blocks).

Crystal Village's west and south flanks are guarded by the Crystal Mountains. Soon, the only safe way down is the mountain passage on the CV-BT Highway. Most people also know CV's ™'d TNT block, built by former leader Physaux. BeachTown is known for it's lava gate entrance from the CV-BT Highway, as well as the BeachTown Hotel.

==Overview==
Donors are members of the MineRealm community who have decided to donate cash to the server owner [[Intelli]] to help support MineRealm. Donors have a [Donor] tag that is colored a light blue/cyan color in minecraft chat. They may or may not have a cyan colored forum name as well, however that is uncommon as of currently (Nov. 2011). Donors must donate a minimum of $15 to get a donor tag, and donor tags are guaranteed to last at least 30 days. In practice, donor tags last much longer. The only tangible in-game benefits for donors are that unlike normal players, their realms will not disband after 30 days of being offline, and occasionally have been allowed access to things before the rest of the MineRealm population. An example of this was the opening of Channel 2 (Now defunct) and immediately after the wipe in MineRealm 4.0.0.

Help bot is a friendly bot that interacts in the public player chat and bans players for hacking or swearing, implemented in a 3.0 update. When a question is asked, Help Bot often answers by recognizing certain keywords. Help bot is programmed with all crafting recipes and a few specifics to the [[MineRealm]] server. The purpose of help bot is to free up the burden on experienced players in answering new player's questions. Additionally, Help Bot responds, specifying who the response is directed to, but also doing so in the public chat for all to see, instead of in a private message. This prevents the same question being asked twice. Help bot can key in on profanity, giving a warning on the first offense, and banning the player on the second. Speed hacks, fly hacks, and x-ray hacks are also handled by help bot. Before Help Bot, it was the mod's and admin's duty to ban hackers.

Occasionally, Help Bot will make mistakes, recognizing profanity in non-offensive words such as "manus" (this has been fixed in 4.0 update). Sometimes, a player will fall through the world and into the void due to lag. This activates help bot's fly hack recognition and help bot may ban or kick the player.

"Help Bot" is in green type when seen on chat. It is not a mobile player, but rather a server-run program.

Sadly, with the start of 4.2.0, Help Bot was replaced by "Server"
